I haven’t written an article in a long time, this time I want to write about Productive Self For Productive work,

what is productivity ?

According to the Oslo Conference in 1984, productivity is a universal concept that aims to provide more

goods and services for more people, using fewer real resources.

I will share tips on how to be productive at work

  • SET A SCHEDULE

We all know that making a schedule is the basic thing to maximize what we will do in the future.
The goal is that everything we do does not waste a lot of time.
we are all taught from childhood, that time is gold and gold is not really good to be wasted.,

So, how do we manage our daily schedule?
Actually, everyone has their own way of managing their own schedule. here I will share how I manage my schedule,

Well, usually I set my schedule when I want to sleep. but before that, I will review what I have done all day. about what I’ve finished, or what I haven’t done. only after that I set a schedule for tomorrow, if when reviewing the schedule there are activities that have not been completed, I usually prioritize the activities the next day

  • TAKE MORE BREAK

for the next is how we know about our own physical abilities.
Hard work is good, but it would be nice if we know how far we can work hard.

Taking a break doesn’t mean we leave our jobs completely.
For example, sleeping on time can increase our ability to work more optimally.

In addition to sleep, rest can also be interpreted as enjoying the free time.
Such as going for a refreshing walk, enjoying coffee at a coffee shop, or exercising to make the body fit.

Then there’s also nothing wrong with us taking our time off for the occasional refreshing with the people closest to us. But, it’s better if we want to take a leave, we at least tell our superiors 1 month before we leave. So that work in the office can be handled optimally without the problem of lack of human resources.

Every day we have worked 8 hours a day, which means 40 hours a week, it’s not a short time, it would be nice if we took the time
to exercise, why? , so that our bodies do not become stiff and ready to work every week.

  • 80/20 rule

Maybe the 80/20 rule sounds foreign to all of us. Well, here I want to share a little from what I have read
and coincidentally I have also implemented it in my life although it is still far from the maximum word.

what is the 80/20 rule?

The 80/20 rule is one of the most helpful concepts for time management.
that 20% of our activities will produce 80% of results.

How do you apply this rule in your daily life? actually simple,

The 80/20 principle advises us to choose two out of ten things in any job in our lives.
Now, these two things will be more valuable than the other eight.
This principle invites us to focus on the lighter but important things, to get more results.

maybe in practice the numbers are not exactly 80 20, maybe 90 10 or 70 30, but the point is that there is an unequal comparison between what
what we do with what we make, which we earn more than what we do.

  • The Eisenhower Matrix

We can save time by doing the big things first, because the little things don’t take much time to complete.
We can group our tasks into 4 groups.

First, urgently important work must be made a top priority. For example, like an office job whose deadline is coming up soon.

then work that is not important but urgent goes into second priority, because usually work that is not important but urgent will
affect our minds in doing our daily work. For example, answering a phone call from an unknown number.

then for work that is important but not urgent, we put it on the third priority. because if it’s not urgent, there’s a possibility
done at another time. For example, recreation out of town.

lastly, work that is not important and not urgent, we put it in the last priority group or maybe we can’t do it. For example, like watching tv or hanging out

  • Cut Out Any Distraction While Working

Usually when we work there are a lot of distractions, right, one way we don’t feel a lot of distractions, one of which is focus,

focus is the main key to get maximum results,
So how do we do that so we can focus on work? ,

One of the factors that causes our work to be completed on time is the focus that is not shared with anything. So, as much as possible avoid things that can interfere with work
. for example, turning off the TV while working, avoiding social media that contains less important things,
or create a workspace without distractions.

because all the things that can interfere with work, may be transferred at a later time. whether it’s at rest or on vacation.

Conclusion …

use time well, do it patiently, and repeat until you get used to it,

You don’t need a new plan for next time. You need a commitment
